Conference Venue

 The conference will be held at the famous Imperial College at  58 Prince’s Gate, South Kensington, London SW7 2PG, UK .  South Kensington Campus is just a short walk from Harrods and Hyde Park and adjacent to such landmarks as The Royal Albert Hall and the Science, Natural History, and Victoria and Albert Museums.

How to Reach there?

By Train

You can take underground train  from Heathrow Airport and get off at  South Kensington or Gloucester Road.

By Bus

Buses numbers 9, 10 and 52 alighting at Royal Albert Hall
Bus number 360 alighting at Prince Consort Rd
Buses numbers 14, 49, 70, 74, 345, 414, 430 and C1 alighting at South Kensington

 Presentation Room Equipment

 Each presentation room will be equipped only with a projector  Please bring your transparency only as no data projector for USB or CD-ROM will be provided.

 Session Timings

 Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a 5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation.

 Session Chair

 Delegates who wish to take on the role of a Session Chair can nominate themselves on the Registration Form. The Session Chair will receive confirmation prior to the conference.
